In-line Automatic Vacuum Test System for Water Valve Core
The system is applicable for the integrated test of the water valve cores. It is used to detect whether the starting and the closing of hot and cold water valve core and the torque force for changing hot and cold water is qualified, and whether there appears leak in hot and cold water chamber. This device is helpful to guarantee the qualification rate of products.
This system integrates “Simulate mixed oil operation” and “rotation test and airtightness test for water valve core”.
Torque range, Grease Mixing time(including the rotation time for opening cartridge , rotation time for closing cartridge, time for open &close cartridge), pressure setting with grease mixing（grease mixing with pressure and without pressure, rotation speed , rotation speed during test, Threshold and time of delay are adjustable
Processing detection with the vacuum and pressure composite method to reduce the indicators of this system.
